This sculpture is very suitable for the garden. It looks open and airy, but still has enough body to remain visible.
The upper part rests loosely on four bronze pillars. It is made of Belgian bluestone, handcarved with a pointed chisel, and on top a light (weather-resistant) limestone. The four bronzes fit into the roughly carved base of the sculpture.
The title refers to the gesture of offering something on a table.
